DESCRIPTION:What is Man Down ??\nWe are here to help reduce the number of male suicides and reduce the stigma surrounding mental health by offering men the space to talk about their emotions. The main way we do this is by facilitating free-to-attend fortnightly informal talking group meetings held at locations all over the UK.\n\nWhat happens at Man Down Helston ??\nEvery two weeks on a Tuesday at 7pm we invite men to come along and talk about their mental health as part of a supportive talking group. By offering the chance to speak and listening to others\, together we break down the stigma associated with talking about our emotions. DESCRIPTION:Join the National Trust for a social walk starting at Teneriffe Farm Campsite\, taking in the surrounding countryside\, wildlife and dramatic coastline along the south west coast path. With stories of soap stone\, shipwrecks and wildlife\, there is much to see on this walk. The walk is approximately 3.5 miles and led by volunteer walk leaders\, offering the opportunity for fresh air and time in nature. Toilets are available at the campsite (start/end point). \nOther\nDogs welcome on leads. Refreshments will be available to purchase at the start/ end of the walk at the campsite.
