This walk starts at Highburrow car park near Porthleven and will take in views across Loe Bar and the surrounding countryside. \nThe walks are led by volunteer walk leaders and offer the opportunity for anybody to spend time in nature and meet new people. DESCRIPTION:What is Man Down ??\nWe are here to help reduce the number of male suicides and reduce the stigma surrounding mental health by offering men the space to talk about their emotions. The main way we do this is by facilitating free-to-attend fortnightly informal talking group meetings held at locations all over the UK.\n\nWhat happens at Man Down Helston ??\nEvery two weeks on a Tuesday at 7pm we invite men to come along and talk about their mental health as part of a supportive talking group. By offering the chance to speak and listening to others\, together we break down the stigma associated with talking about our emotions. All attending agree to the sessions being a confidential\, non-judgemental and safe space to share. We also offer social meet ups and an online peer support group for those that have attended a face-to-face talking group meeting.

DESCRIPTION:Get outdoors and get fit with the Trust10 running trail through the countryside of Godolphin. Join a fun\, free and friendly trail run around the beautiful Godolphin estate. Two loops of 5km with stunning views throughout.  \nTrust10 happens on the fourth Sunday of every month and includes two laps of a 5km route at Godolphin\, so 5km runners are welcome too. \nRegistration opens from 8.30am\, pre-run briefing is at 8.55am and the run starts at 9am. \nPlease note: Godolphin garden\, tea-room and outbuildings do not open until 10am. Toilets are open and available for use.
