DESCRIPTION:Everyone is welcome to join us for a gentle walk from Chyvarloe car park taking in the parts of the south west coast path and views across Loe Pool and Loe Bar\, as part of our social walk series.\nThe walk is around 4 miles long and will take approximately 2 hours.\nThe walks are led by volunteer walk leaders and offer the opportunity for anybody to spend time in nature and meet new people. Using hand-building techniques such as pinching and coiling\, you’ll explore a variety of forms including tealight cups\, stick holders\, and multi-stemmed designs. \nRooted in the Leach Pottery ethos of balancing beauty and utility\, this workshop encourages thoughtful making – where form and function go hand in hand. Your finished pieces will be glazed and fired at The Leach Pottery and posted back to you within 12 weeks of the workshop. \nThe workshops take place in the entrance hall of Godolphin House. \nThere will be a break with tea\, coffee and mince pies (included in ticket price).

This fully realised theatrical and musical experience honours both Dickens’ Victorian vision and the timeless humanity at the heart of his most beloved tale. Following the tremendous success of our 2023 presentation of Kernow Chamber Players’ adaptation of A Christmas Carol at St Michael’s Church\, we are delighted to welcome this production back by popular demand and this time in our own venue.
