Kirsty\, our qualified and experienced instructor\, is great at leading mixed-ability sessions. It’s the perfect chance to try yoga for the first time. \nHowever\, please note: \nIf you’re under the care of a doctor or medical professional\, speak with them before attending. \nIf you’ve been advised not to take part in physical activity\, are pregnant\, or have a medical condition\, illness\, or injury\, please do not take part in Yoga in the Park. \nKirsty cannot offer specific medical advice\, but she ensures plenty of accessible options during the session. \nYoga is a physical activity and you participate at your own risk. \nDo I need to book?No booking needed — just turn up! Whilst these are official organised play evenings\, you are more than welcome to attend if you are a beginner player of either of these games – both communities are warm\, friendly and welcoming\, with players more than happy to help out those who are starting on their journey.
