The conversation between Coates and Ilric Shetland, Cornwall-based psychoanalyst and senior member of the Society for Social and Critical Psychoanalysis (SSCP), will explore some of the issues raised by The Directors, enabling a broad and engaging discussion that will invite Marcus Coates to be expansive about the sources and directions of his thinking.

The event is being hosted by the School of Film and Television at Falmouth University’s Penryn Campus.

The School of Film and Television building is next to the campus shop, directly opposite The Stannary and Library building. Parking on campus is free after 5pm, the nearest car park to the venue is the first right turn after the barriers (car park C on the campus map). The U bus services from Helston, Falmouth and Truro all stop on campus, and Penryn train station is a short walk away.
