Walk\, jog\, run\, volunteer or spectate – it’s up to you! \n\n\n\nWhen is it?\n\n\n\nEvery Saturday at 9:00am. \n\n\n\nWhere is it?\n\n\n\nThe event takes place at Penrose Estate\, Porthleven Road\, Helston\, Cornwall TR13 0RA. See Course page for more details. \n\n\n\nWhat does it cost to join in?\n\n\n\nNothing – it’s free! but please register before you first come along. Only ever register with parkrun once and don’t forget to bring a scannable copy of your barcode (request a reminder). If you forget it\, you won’t get a time. \n\n\n\nHow fast do I have to be?\n\n\n\nWe all take part for our own enjoyment. Please come along and join in whatever your pace! \n\n\n\nPenrose parkrun needs you!\n\n\n\nIt is entirely organised by volunteers – email penrose@parkrun.com to help. \n\n\n\nSafeguarding\n\n\n\nparkrun is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and adults at risk.
