DESCRIPTION:4 week handbuilding course with Rosa Lily James \nOver four weeks\, attendees will work with ceramic artist Rosa Lily James with a focus on using hand building and surface decorating techniques to create one large pot each. \nYou will learn pinch\, coil and slab roll techniques. \nThis course will run once a week for two and half hours over a 4 week period; works will be bisque and glaze fired in our studio glaze before being available for collection from the studio. \nEach attendee will have up to 5 pots fired. \nWhat to bring? Please bring your own apron and towel to each session. All tools and materials will be provided. Wearing old clothes that can get mucky is advisable. \nCollection: Ceramic work will be ready 6 weeks after the final workshop to allow time for pieces to be glazed and fired.
