Community Lantern Making Workshop

Meet the City of Lights artists and create a lantern to carry as part of Helston’s Lantern Parade 2026.
This is an open community workshop, inviting you to design and create your own lantern, to celebrate Helston and the St Piran’s celebrations. Once you have created your lantern, you can then join the parade on Saturday, 7th March 2026 at Helston Coronation Park and Boating Lake.
This workshop is suitable for anyone over the age of 8 years old. All children and young people under the age of 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
It is FREE and includes all materials. Please book a space for all people attending.
