For families – Make a willow decoration

Free family Drop-in sessions.
Come along and have a go at making a simple willow decoration for your home or garden. Willow is a fantastic natural resource which has been used for hundreds of years to make items that are both practical and decorative so come along and try your hand at this historic craft.
All materials supplied, no experience needed.
Age range: 7yrs+
Please note all children must be supervised by an accompanying adult

We will be running two sessions: 10.30am – 12.30 and 1.30pm – 3.30pm

Part of Helston Makes It!, our week-long annual celebration of makers and craft. This year, the festival celebrates trades and crafts with a link to withy and grown materials to tie in with our new exhibition Withy Lore ( 12th September – 1st November).
