These 75 minute sessions are a balanced blend of gentle warmups, energetic flowing sequences, breathwork and meditation and finish with a gentle head message using essential oils. Adjustments are offered to refine alignment.
As an experienced yogini & teacher, Julia aims to offer a challenging physical practice delivered with a blend of inspirational humour and expansive language to enable participants to access an individual connection with mind, body and spirit.
A natural storyteller, she often weaves a tale of two into her sessions, with the intention to elicit insights from participants, motivating them to keep their flow going both on and off the mat.
