Demonstration: Cornwall Wood Carvers

Cornwall Wood Carvers join us to demonstrate the skills of wood carving and share their knowledge of this ancient art form. There will be an opportunity to ‘have a go’ at whittling or carving for adults.

This is a free drop-in session, so come in anytime between 10am and 1pm.

This demonstration is part of Helston Makes It!, a week-long annual celebration of makers and craft. This year, the festival celebrates the trades and crafts on display in our Meat Market, such as glove making, serpentine turning and woodwork.
